1. Muscular Growth (Resistance Training):
Include exercises that target major muscle groups. Aim for 2-3 days per week of resistance training, allowing muscles to recover between sessions. Use a combination of free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises.

Cardiovascular exercises : They help to improve the efficiency of your heart and circulatory system.
Running or jogging: More intense than walking, jogging or running can provide a great cardiovascular workout.
Swimming: A full-body workout that is easy on the joints.
